Sensor performance
When the ambient humidity increases or decreases, the sensor film polymer can absorb or release water vapor. The dielectric properties of the sensor vary with the humidity of the sensor, and the sensor capacitance changes. Capacitors can be converted to humidity readings. In the case of a capacitive polymer sensor used in conjunction with a temperature sensor, the dew point value can be calculated from the humidity and temperature values. The speed control feature enables optimization of low dew point measurement stability. During the programmed calibration process, the sensor is heated periodically, the sensor cools down to ambient temperature and the temperature and temperature are measured, and then any possible zero drift compensation is corrected. This feature allows the sensor to obtain accurate measurement data for a long time, greatly reducing maintenance requirements.
Calibration
We recommend calibration once per year, if you need to calibrate the debugging, can be sent to the SIDPH technical service center in Shanghai. SIDPH has dew point calibration qualification.
