Return of Items Bought

The company shall not accept items bought from the company provided the supply was made in accordance with the description of the buyer.

REFUND shall only be made where a wrong product was supplied to the buyer or defective product supplied. In the case of defective and wrong products, the items must be returned seven days from the date of receipt of same product.

In the case of products damaged by the buyer, there will be no refund and the product shall not be accepted by the company.
